Shipping and Delivery
- Most items listed online are in stock and ready to ship when the order has been confirmed. All gate openers will need several days to be assembled, however, we do ship most products within 48 hours. If expedited shipping is needed, there will be an option presented during checkout to have the order sent via Direct Shipping for a small fee. For small replacement part orders please allow 2-14 business days before shipping.
- Any Free Shipping offers found on our website apply exclusively to Commercial Locations Within The Lower 48 States Only, and additional shipping rates will be added for residential and/or lift-gate-deliveries.

Returns and Replacements
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code and must be assigned by a representative at Discount Fence Supply, Inc. All returns are subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping back to manufacturer.
