Either the main front button or the hidden top button activates one channel on compatible Linear receivers. Factory block coding assigns sequential MegaCode IDs from a pool of over one million combinations. Receivers learn the transmitter block by entering the first and last code numbers, speeding up large installations. Two CR2032 lithium batteries power the RF circuitry inside a slim 1.6-by-4.2-inch case. A visor clip stores the remote horizontally beneath the mirror.
